Carl Wills brings 10 years of experience in designing and documenting numerous energy efficient houses around the Sydney and Newcastle region.

In 2012 he graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Master Of Architecture and the Bachelor of Science Architecture at the University of Newcastle.

Carl also has achieved the advanced certificate in Property Agency at TAFE NSW. This Real estate training and experience have proven a valuable asset when determining the value of a finished house in the market place today.

Throughout his time in the industry Carl has built a profound understanding and implementation of the principles of Ecologically Sustainable Design.
